Feeling angry is a common thing. when you are angry you just don't realize what you are doing or whom you are hurting with you words or actions.

So how can you control your anger?


1. Talk to yourself first - when you feel angry on someone or something, take a pause and talk to yourself. think about the consequences, think about the guilt you will feel. Ask yourself is your anger worth more than the people you love ?

2. Leave that place - when you are angry, you just don't know what will happen if you stay there. So just leave that place and spend some time alone.

3. Take a deep breath - when you are angry just take a deep breath and try to calm yourself down. If you standing than just sit down and if you are sitting just sleep for a while. Changing position does help.

4. Buy a punching bag - for most of the people,it's really hard to control their anger, and they just want to hit something or someone. So just buy a punching bag. and take out all your anger on it. This technique helped me and might help you as well.

5. Go to sleep - this may not be helpful at that time, but its better if you go sleep when you are angry. Just lock your room and go to sleep. Some people may end up crying as well in anger. Its ok! cry if you want to, on your bed and just try to sleep. The next morning you will feel your anger has reduced. sometimes crying helps as well.
